I don't have time to look up websites right now, but:

ABJ (Alabama Ballet and Jazz) does Ballet parties for kids

Peterbrooke Chocolates does chocolate making birthday parties
Dance Centre does the CUTEST girlie parties! It's not a great option if your daughter has a lot of friends who are boys, but they bring the girls in and let them choose a pretty princess dress, then do their hair and makeup. After that, they all go into a dance room and learn and perform a dance. Then it's cake time at the pretty tables all set with china (which kind of made me nervous, but they loved it). It's adorable, really.

We've done ours at CHOM for the past two years, and they do a fabulous job.
Cobb Theatres does birthday parties too.

You can do an arts & crafts party at Michaels or ask them to help you with materials and instructions to do a craft at a birthday party at your home.

Trussville Playstation- Skating Ring, Go-Karts, Mini Golf, Laser Tag, and Arcade
Thanks for the information! Very helpful!
If your children are old enough to paint, sips n strokes (www.sipsnstrokes.com) also does parties.
Both bowling alleys also do parties - we've had 2 in a row there (6 and 7 yrs old) for my oldest and the kids always have a blast.
HAS ANYONE HAD A PARTY AT THE PLAYHOUSE?? THE WEBSITE SAYS IT'S A CHRISTIAN ACADEMY SO I WAS LEFT A LITTLE CONFUSED. JUSTIN IS TURNING 3 IN JUNE AND I NEED TO FIND A PLACE SOON.
Yes! We had a great experience there. We had Jack's 3rd birthday there. The kids all had a blast. It's a daycare during the day and they rent it out for parties on the weekend. There are bounce houses and slides and ball pits all around the room and picnic tables set up in the middle for parents to sit.
