Yes, I'd love everyone's recipes as well....especially those oreo truffle things!

Here's my recipe for "buckeyes":

1 box powdered sugar

2 sticks butter, softened

1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter

2 pkgs semi-sweet chocolate chips

Toothpicks

Wax paper

Microwave butter for around 30 seconds. Mix first 3 ingredients together. Roll into balls and put onto wax paper on cookie sheets. Put toothpicks in the middle of each ball. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Boil an inch of water in a medium saucepan, and put a bowl on top (or use a double boiler). Melt chips slowly. Roll PB balls in chocolate and place on wax paper. Take out toothpicks and return to freezer. Best if stored cold.
