Christmas Party Idea

Here's a really awesome idea if you love sweets but dread all the baking.

My good friend, and neighbor, recently had a Cookie Exchange Party and it was so much fun! She sent out invites on Facebook and asked each person to bring a special homemade treat. She provided the coffee and if you wanted an "adult beverage" you could BYOB. There were about 12 people that came to her party and everyone had the best time. I only knew 3 people there but had great conversations with everyone. We made sugar cookies and then decorated them. The premise of this party, if you've never been to one, is that you will take home LOTS of goodies that you may or may not have ever made or had and it cuts down on all that baking (and messy kitchen). I took home 2 trays full of treats and everything was soooooo good!!! I can't wait to do this again!
