“Mom & PreSchool Kids Fitness” class!
It is not just losing baby weight!
I will Start teaching “Mom & Preschool Kids Fitness class” in April (April 7th, & 8th). This session I will be 4 weeks long (twice per week, total 8 sessions), fun classes. This classes are specially designed for busy moms who willing to lose baby weight effectively without injuries. The classes help moms not only losing weight, or tone body, but also to improve flexibility, balance and posture. Your little one will be your exercise buddy, so kids have fun time with you!
We are going to learn corrective exercise, foam roller + Stretch, easy yoga + balance exercise, AB rehab (correct pelvic position and breath technique), circuit exercise, Functional exercise, nutrition tips and MORE!!
*All Moms (& grandma under 50) are welcome even if your baby turned 20! It is OK if you came without kid, or bring multiple kids
