“Mom & Baby Fitness” class!
It is not just losing baby weight!
I will Start teaching “Mom & Baby Fitness class” in April (April 7th, & 8th). This session I will be 4 weeks long (twice per week, total 8 sessions), easy going classes. This class is specially designed for new moms (after 3month~1year of childbirth *Please have permission for exercising from your Dr.). The classes helps moms to lose weight, tone body, and also to improve flexibility, balance and posture. We are going to learn corrective exercise, foam roller + Stretch, easy yoga + balance exercise, AB rehab (correct pelvic position and breath technique), baby massage, nutrition tips and MORE!!
