We loved the nanny McPhee movies! But you're right....it probably would not hold his interest.
That's hysterical! Ford actually did really well - but I'm not sure if it was the warts or the big bag of popcorn that was really holding his attention. In the end it didn't matter because we had to leave early when his giant poop stole the show.

Doesn't look like we'll be going to the free movies this week. I can't see Aidan sitting through either "Karate Kid" or "Nanny McPhee Returns". Although, I was considering Nanny McPhee. Maybe that warty old lady can teach my little guy some manners. :-p
Is anyone going to go see "Megamind" tomorrow? Would you like to meet up for the movie and/or lunch?
Tomorrow 8/2 is Caitlin's 5th birthday and I was thinking of taking her to see Megamind. If you are going, I'll look for you.
That's great - hopefully we'll catch you there! And Happy Birthday, Caitlin!
Does anyone know if they still do free movies, or is it only during the summer months?
As far as I know they only do it during the summer when kids are out of school.

It's early, I know, but is there any news about a similar deal for Summer 2012?

They don't have the info on their website yet, but they have done this program every summer since I've lived in AL (6 years), so I'm pretty sure they will do it again this year.

I just saw this on their website and thought I would share :-)
