Hi I moved here from Chicago a few years ago and I still feel like a newbie here in Tuscaloosa.  I joined the site to meet new ladies who understand family and also who enjoy girl friend time.  Im married with two daughters 11 and 7 who keep me on my toes and i work full time but I have no social life I need one baddddd. Ladies i need to know a good pediatrician and family doctor for myself and my daughters.  We had been going to med center or capstone however I would like a doctors office with a consistent doctor.

I have only been here since the summer and I have been unable to find a family practitioner accepting new patients.  However, I did get Emma in with Dr. Phillips at the Childrens Medical Center.  We have only had one appt. with him, but he was great that one time.  Check out the TuscMoms facebook page for more info on get togethers.  Hope to meet you soon.

Just wanted to say hi and welcome! This is a great place to meet other people, as there are several monthly activities for moms/kids.

As far as pediatricians, I would recommend looking into Tuscaloosa Pediatrics or West Alabama Pediatrics.
