Permalink Reply by Ann Whitten on June 1, 2011 at 9:41pm Good child care is hard to find. There are many things to consider such as abuse and neglect. Cheap is not always the best, after all you only get what you pay for. I am a 55 year old grandmother and I charge $10.00 per hour. A small price to pay for a nanny that reads, makes sure the child is safe, cooks and does general cleaning.

Permalink Reply by Elisha on June 23, 2011 at 2:14pm Does anyone know of someone that offers sick childcare? My kids are in daycare but when they are sick I usually have a hard time finding someone to keep them.

I just realized I said it was 115 a month, I meant a week. Haley, You should definitely check them out.

My son is at Northwood Hills in Northport. It is 115 a month for the first child and they give a discount for the second child. That alone would be less than 250, although not by much. Honestly, 1000 a month for two kids is pretty much the going rate in town.
