Tusc Moms

Hey ladies! I'm hoping that maybe some of you can help me out. I am in need of new childcare for the girls. The daycare that they currently attend is costing us $1000 a month. $250 a week for them both. Does anyone know of any cheaper places? I am starting a new job and going back to school and I cannot afford this anymore. I am at the point of having to just give up on my Senior year at UA due to not being able to afford childcare. If you know of any people that may be interested in doing in home childcare please let me know as well! Thanks!

It might also be a good idea to get in contact with the office of the Dean of Students.  They run an Undergraduate Parent Support Program that might be helpful to you.

Here is a link that should provide you with some basic information:  http://www.gps.ua.edu/?page_id=2

You might want to consider Capstone Child Development on University Blvd, which is down the street from University of Alabama. They provide everything except pampers. For one child it is $105 a week and have sibling discount. Also they are taking applications for kids right now.

My daughter has been a full time nanny. She lives in Northport. Text her at 454-4561
