Tusc Moms

Hi Everyone! For all the pregnant ladies out there, if you haven't heard, there are prenatal yoga classes available in Tuscaloosa at Yoga Bliss on University Blvd (across from Mellow Mushroom). The last group of ladies where really awesome and have now all had their babies. I have heard from two of them and they couldn't say enough about how much the Prenatal Yoga classes helped them during their deliveries.

We need a new group! I'm one of the teachers for the class and I'm pregnant with my first baby! I want to see this class continue, but it's no fun with just me. Please come and join me!

Check out the Yoga Bliss website at http://yogaalabama.com/

Call and speak with Jennifer at 246-9232 or if you would like to talk to me, I can be reached at 393-3235.

Hope to see some of you at the Bliss!

Kristina

Damn, I should have read this before! I was asking some people back in April and May when we got to Tuscaloosa about prenatal yoga classes, but nobody knew a place to go to! Now I´m only 6 days away from my due date, so I guess I´ll have to manage it without yoga;)
Oh Nadine, I hate to hear that you missed out, but I hope you will remember us for the next time. There are also several other classes for when you are not pregnant. We are also thinking about creating a mommy and me class in the near future. If you would be interested, please give Jennifer a call.

Good luck on your delivery.
Dear Kristina,

is there already a mommy and me class or something for moms after giving birth to get back to "some shape"...
