Tusc Moms

To the Lady at Hungry Howies that offered to help me!

THANK YOU!

Your kindness made my day and warmed my heart!

I don't know if you will ever read this but to all other moms who do.. A simple offer of kindness to a random mom really makes a diffence in their day!

Thank you!

It is so true.
I'll never forget the couple who offered to carry my stuff down to baggage while I was flying alone and carrying a sleeping toddler -- pregnant! I was so grateful I almost cried.

Anyone else receive random acts of kindness? It's nice to hear how nice people can be...
Ohhh those moments are the best :)

When Livi was 3 months old and we were on our 1st big grocery shopping trip I had something like this happen. I was checking out and Olivia started crying. I was trying to soothe her and load my bagged groceries in my cart and having a VERY hard time doing both. The cashier was being terribly rude about me taking a while to load my groceries but she wasn't about to help me. Then to make it worse she looked at the people behind me and said I am so sorry you all are having to wait. When I thought I might burst into tears two Moms steped out of the line and proceeded to load all of my groceries.

That simple act of kindness has stayed with me and I always try and help other moms when I can.
oh I had this happen on my first shopping trip at Target with two kids. I had Katelyn (5 weeks at the time) in her stroller/carset and Hayden had insisted on walking. We had not bought groceries in a while so I HAD to get a few items. Katelyn started crying and Hayden was "shopping" so I was trying to carry Katelyn, push a stroller, pull a buggy and keep Hayden from putting everything he wanted in the buggy. The nicest lady stopped to help me. She was so nice and not judgmental. I hope she knows how that made my day.
