If you can't walk and want to donate, you can do that too. Just click into our page and it tells you how.
The money raised will go toward preventing premature births, infant mortality and birth defects.
There will be plenty of kid-friendly activities at the walk such as bounce houses and face painting. So bring the whole family!
Yes, you can bring your kids and push them in strollers. I will be pushing my daughter Paige.

Hey team! What do you think about the shirt idea? All you'll have to do is pick up a pink T-shirt. Dianne will have the logos ready to iron on. We were thinking it would be fun to have a T-shirt ironing party a night or two before...

We can also put the logo on some onesies for the kids....

Whitney, I know you mentioned you are wearing something else. None of this is mandatory, of course!

Great idea! I love iron on idea- cheaper and easier. We could do all pastel colored shirts so we could do pink, blue, yellow as long as the logo could be seen.

Attention team members!
If you receive any non-electronic donations (cash, personal checks), you need to convert them to money orders or cashier checks and get them to me by Tuesday April 26. I have an appointment on Wednesday April 27 (Bank Day) to hand in all our team's money.
If you raise $200 you will receive a free t-shirt from March of Dimes. I will pick up your t-shirt and get it to you.

So PLEASE get in touch with me by Tuesday the 26th to let me know:
a) If you have all electronic donations and don't need to meet up or
b) You have to meet up with me.

Do we still want to do the iron on team t-shirts? We could get together on Tuesday night, and people could bring their donations to you at the party.

So, is anyone interested? Team pep rally and t-shirts; Tuesday, April 26th at 7:00pm.

So, maybe Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. I'm open on any of those days, although I'm not sure if anyone would want to  meet the night before the walk. Shall we just go ahead and set the day, post the event, and see if anyone RSVPs?

 

All of my donations have been electronic, so I don't think that I'll need to send anything for bank day -

Wed. or Thurs. works for me. How about Thursday at 7 p.m.? I say this without checking with my hubby to see if he's got anything going on....but I think that should work ...I'll let you know for sure later.

If you're not able to make it to the Pep Rally/party but still want to do a t-shirt, let me know and I'll try to get an iron-on decal to you.

So far we've raised $550! That's so great! Looking forward to Saturday. We need to figure out a meeting place and time.
